About Gallt yr Ogof

Gallt yr Ogof is a subsidiary top of Glyder Fawr and the most easterly summit above 2,000 feet in the Glyderau, with Cefn y Capel continuing further east at lower level. It pairs with Y Foel Goch, which stands on the ridge running west towards Glyder Fach.

The name points to its defining feature: a cave in the cliffs of the steep eastern side of the peak.
