About Ysgafell Wen

Ysgafell Wen is a subsidiary summit of Allt-fawr, set among the hills of Snowdonia in Conwy. Rather than a standalone peak, it is the high point of a broad ridge running north-west from Moel Druman.

Two further tops share the name and lie along the same ridge: Ysgafell Wen North Top and Ysgafell Wen Far North Top. At 672 m it carries Hewitt, Nuttall and Simm status, and is best understood as part of that ridge line rather than in isolation.
