Craiglwyn is a top of Creigiau Gleision, near Capel Curig, sitting at the southern end of that ridge rather than standing alone. At 622 m it is listed as a Nuttall.

The position at the ridge end opens up a wide arc of Snowdonia summits: Carnedd Dafydd, Pen yr Helgi Du, Pen Llithrig y Wrach, Gallt yr Ogof, Tryfan and Moel Siabod.
