Walla Crag

About Walla Crag

Walla Crag sits above the eastern shore of Derwentwater, on the edge of Keswick, and the town is close enough that the fell is reached on foot from it. Of the Lake District fells it is among the more modest in height, but its position on the rim of the lake basin gives it a direct outlook over the water.

The summit carries Wainwright, Birkett, Synge and Fellranger listings, which accounts for the steady traffic it sees despite its size.
