About Ullscarf

Ullscarf occupies a position close to the geographical centre of the Cumbrian fells, which gives it a rather different feel from the more emphatic peaks around it. The fell carries the watershed dividing the Derwentwater catchment from that of Thirlmere, along a ridge that runs broadly north to south.
