About Stony Cove Pike
Stony Cove Pike, also called Caudale Moor or John Bell's Banner, terminates a ridge descending from High Street in the far eastern Lake District, facing Red Screes across Kirkstone Pass.
The deep col of Threshthwaite Mouth cuts it off from its neighbours, giving it more than 150 m of prominence and Marilyn status — the sixteenth highest such hill in the Lake District.
