Low Pike

About Low Pike

Low Pike is a small fell three kilometres north of Ambleside, and it is clearly visible from the town's streets as the first notable rise on the ridge that runs north for another four kilometres to Fairfield.

That ridge forms part of the Fairfield horseshoe, and Low Pike is usually taken in as a stage of that round rather than as a destination on its own.
