Kentmere Pike rises between the valleys of Kentmere and Longsleddale in the eastern Lake District, and is the high point of the ridge running between Harter Fell and Shipman Knotts.

At 730.5 m it is a Wainwright, Hewitt, Nuttall and Simm, in the Westmorland and Furness part of the national park.
