About Drum

Drum, from the Welsh Y Drum meaning the ridge, is a 771-metre summit in the Carneddau, 2 km north-east of Foel-fras. It also goes by the name Carnedd Penyborth-Goch.

Its eastern slopes are drained by the Afon Tafolog, a tributary of the Afon Roe, which runs through the village of Rowen before reaching the River Conwy.
