About Baugh Fell - Tarn Rigg Hill

Tarn Rigg Hill is the highest point of Baugh Fell, a large flat-topped hill in the northern Pennines rather than a peaked one. It occupies the north-western corner of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, immediately east of the Howgill Fells and north of Whernside.

Formerly part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, the fell has been administered within Cumbria since 1974 and now lies in Westmorland and Furness.
