Trum y Gwragedd is a top of Foel y Geifr, among the Hirnantau hills that rise from the south-eastern shores of Llyn Tegid. Foel y Geifr lies to the south and Foel Goch to the north.

The summit is boggy and marked by a few stones. It is listed as a Nuttall at 611 m.
