About Grisedale Pike
Grisedale Pike lies about 7 km west of Keswick in the north-western sector of the national park. At 791 m it is the 40th-highest Wainwright, and also counts as a Hewitt, Marilyn and Nuttall.
Seen from the east, and especially from around Keswick, it presents a striking pointed outline. It has two subsidiary summits, one of them unnamed and the other Hobcarton End.
