About Foel Fraith
Foel Fraith is a 602-metre hill on the Black Mountain in Carmarthenshire, south-west Wales, lying within Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park and the Fforest Fawr Geopark. Its summit is plateau-like in character.
The hill has two subsidiary summits: Cefn y Cylchau to the north, and Carn Fadog, also called Cefn Carn Fadog, which reaches 512 metres to the south-east.
