About Binnein Beag
Binnein Beag closes the eastern end of the Mamores, seven kilometres north-north-east of Kinlochleven. It is a small conical peak, linked to the much bigger Binnein Mòr by a bealach at 750 m, and despite being overshadowed by that neighbour it holds Munro status in its own right at 943 m.
Walkers commonly take it from Kinlochleven together with Binnein Mòr. From the top there are good views east to Ben Alder, north to the Grey Corries, and south-west to the bulk of Binnein Mòr.
