Na Gruagaichean, 'the maidens', is one of the Mamores, set between Glen Nevis on the north side and the village of Kinlochleven to the south. The name suits the hill's form: it has twin summits, the higher reaching 1,056 m and qualifying as a Munro.

Its closeness to Kinlochleven, together with a well-defined path running most of the way up, makes it among the more approachable of the group from the village.
