Foel Wen South Top is the subsidiary summit of Foel Wen in north-east Wales, one of several tops along the most easterly of Cadair Berwyn's long southern ridges. Tomle stands to the north and Mynydd Tarw to the south. The summit is grassy and carries no marker.
