Pavis Wood is woodland on a hill near Hastoe, at Tring in north-western Hertfordshire. A point on its eastern slopes, at 244 metres, is the highest ground in the county, though the summit area is unmarked and hard to pin down on the ground.

The wood is generally regarded as ancient, with plants such as yellow pimpernel and wood melick; beech, oak and ash dominate along the Ridgeway National Trail, and a bridleway crosses the woodland with year-round access.

A high ridge links the hill to Haddington Hill, the 267-metre Buckinghamshire county top in Wendover Woods, less than 4.8 km away across the edge of the Aylesbury Vale. That connection leaves Pavis Wood just 5 metres of relative height.
