This Meall Buidhe is part of the ridge separating Glen Daimh, a branch of Glen Lyon, from Glen Lyon proper, in the southern Highlands. Another hill of the same name lies about 8 km to the north-east in the same area, so the two are easily confused.
It stands 908.4 m high with 259 m of prominence, giving it both Corbett and Marilyn status.
