About Gairich
Gairich rises on the southern shore of Loch Quoich in Lochaber, with Glen Garry running away to the east and Glen Kingie to the south, about 25 kilometres north-north-west of Fort William. The hill is also recorded as Sgurr Gairoch, from the Gaelic Sgùrr Ghairich. Its 919 metres and its prominence make it both a Munro and a Marilyn.
