About Ben Tirran

Ben Tirran, also known as The Goet, is a rounded summit in the vast Mounth country of the eastern Highlands, on the north side of Glen Clova in Angus. It marks the highest point of a broad plateau, with a scatter of lochans lying below the top.

Kirriemuir, to the south, is the nearest town. At 897 m the hill is a Corbett, Marilyn, HuMP and Simm.
