Beinn Tarsuinn stands at 934 metres deep in the Dundonnell and Fisherfield Forest of Wester Ross, in the Northwest Highlands - country with very little road access.

Ascents come either from Kinlochewe to the south, or from the north as part of a longer round taking in all the Fisherfield Munros.
