About The Sow of Atholl
Known in Gaelic as Meall an Dobharchain, The Sow of Atholl rises on the western flank of the Pass of Drumochter, roughly 27 km west-north-west of Blair Atholl. It belongs to the cluster of hills gathered around Coire Dhomhain.
Administratively it falls within Perth and Kinross and inside the Cairngorms National Park, and it carries Corbett and Marilyn status.
