About Ben Cleuch
Ben Cleuch comes from the Gaelic Beinn Cloiche, 'stony prominent hill'. It is the highest point of the Ochil Hills in the Central Lowlands, and also the high point of Clackmannanshire and of Scotland's Central Belt. The summit carries a trig point set within a stone windshelter, along with a viewpoint indicator.
