About Beinn Sgulaird

Beinn Sgulaird, also written Beinn Sguiliaird, occupies the ground between Glen Creran and Glen Etive in the Lorn district of Argyll. Rather than a single cone it is a long ridge running southwest to northeast, with some three kilometres of that crest above the 800-metre contour; the high point is 937 metres.

Walkers commonly traverse from north to south, which keeps the Hebrides ahead - Mull in particular. Most start in Glen Creran on the west side, though Glen Etive gives another way in.
