About Beinn a' Choin
Beinn a' Choin occupies the ground at the northern end of Loch Lomond, straddling the boundary between Stirling and Argyll. It is a Grampian hill of rock and moorland, rugged and open in character, lying north of Ben Lomond.
Ascents are generally made from the small settlement of Inversnaid. The hill falls within the Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park and carries Corbett, Marilyn, HuMP and Simm status.
