Aonach air Chrith, 1,020 metres, stands on the southern side of Glen Shiel in Kintail. It is the highest point on a long chain of seven Munros known to walkers as the South Glen Shiel Ridge, so the hill is usually met as one stage of that traverse rather than as a standalone summit.
