About Meall Fuar-mhonaidh

On the west side of Loch Ness, Meall Fuar-mhonaidh is a rounded hill whose position makes it a landmark visible along much of the loch. It is listed as both a Graham and a Marilyn.

Ascents normally begin at Grotaig, a hamlet at the end of a minor road south-west of Drumnadrochit, where a footpath leads through woodland and out onto open moor before climbing south-west along the ridge to the summit.
