About Holyhead Mountain
Holyhead Mountain is the summit of Holy Island and the highest ground in Anglesey, about two miles west of Holyhead town.
On two sides it drops steeply to the Irish Sea, and the cliffs below it are an important seabird site. In clear conditions Ireland can be made out across the water.
