About Brown Willy
Brown Willy is the highest point of Bodmin Moor and of Cornwall as a whole, its summit at 420 metres lying about 4 km north-west of Bolventor and 6 km south-east of Camelford.
Its outline changes markedly with the angle of view. Seen from the north it has the conical look of a sugarloaf, but from closer in it opens out into a long crest with several tops.
