This Beinn Bhàn stands in Lochaber, some 10 km north-west of Spean Bridge. It should not be mixed up with the larger and better-known Beinn Bhàn on the Applecross peninsula.

The hill reaches close to 796 m and is a Corbett and a Marilyn within the Highland council area.
